“Hi Rohit, how are you doing? What’s up at school”, I asked Rohit giving him a hi-five. “I am learning how to skate and dance. It’s fun!”, he said. Ramesh’s kid was having a ball at school, it seemed. I looked up to see Ramesh sitting on his chair in the background, beaming at me. He seemed better from last time, 3 weeks back.
“So, Ramesh, how are things shaping up?”, I asked. “Good. I am more in control of the situation now. My biggest worry was Rohit’s education. That was not something that I could afford to compromise on. With the money that I received from the claim I submitted to Edelweiss Life Life, I am now able to meet Rohit’s school fees and that is going on without any interruptions. God knows what I would’ve done without the policy”, he continued. “ I’m now able to make all my payments regularly, be it the utility bills or the school fees or the society maintenance charges. I managed to even gift my nephew on his engagement. When I was in the hospital, I could never have imagined that things would be so good 2-3 months down the line. My recovery is also good. The stitches have completely healed and I definitely feel better”, he continued.
Of course, when you are mentally stable and in a good space, your physical health starts improving. With there being no stress of managing the finances, Ramesh was fast improving.
